To Kazakhstan with a foreign passport

The order of intersection of Russian Federation frontier with the frontiers of Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan will be changed on the 24th of May. From this point on the Russians will be able to go for a trip through or to these republics only on presentation of a foreign passport.

Moreover, the citizens of above-mentioned states will not be able to visit their neighbors, having just a regular passport. For these purpose they will need a foreign, service, diplomatic passport or a sea pass.
